One-arm pushup

I haven't been doing much pushups lately. When I started out training, pushups became boring when sets of 100 became easy. I just switched to benchprenches, as it is easy to keep yourself challenged when increasing weight, reps, incline, etc.

Some trainers claim the pushup does hit muscles the benchprench cannot reach, and there has been some research that supports this claim. So it might still be wise to add some pushups to your program.

But variation is also a good way to keep yourself motivated. Doing new things, keeping yourself challenged, not just by hitting higher numbers but also trying new things.

A populair, but quite difficult challenge is the one-arm-pullup.

One that can be learned quite a lot faster is the one-arm-pushup!
